Well it's official, i have put on two pounds. Not really a surprise seeing as I have been utterly crap at the diet all week, cake, biscuits and pizza figuring high on my consumed food list. But still depressing. will have to take this onboard and be very very good for the next week. Tis gonna be difficult as I am off to yorkshire today and butter and crusty bread await me, but I will have to be strong and make myself resist... Well, not resist but not go mad I think that's the key. Yesterday and Tuesday I just gave up on the diet and shoveled as much crap down my neck as I could as I figured I was not gonna lose weight anyway. I need to think I can have it but one or two, not six!
