I've been trying it for about a week now and it seems to be doing good things.. I am a lot happier in myself and I am not eating as much as I had been. For instance, last night when out with work we went to a japanese restaraunt which I love. I ate most of my starter, most of my main course and was just full (not painfully full, but the full where I would normally go, I can eat more) and I stopped. The desert menu came and I ordered nothing. I didn't even feel wistful when everyone elses deserts came. I was full enough and didn't need any more.
I know this may seem like an odd thing to be proud of. But I didn't need desert so therefor didn't want it. I am hoping this goes on..
I would recomend it to people who have tried other diety things and not have them work..
